Over the Rainbow, eternally.

Today I feel compelled to write about this song. Over the years it has begun to finally make sense to me, almost a biography to my life. There's been a plethora of happy times, almost equal to the dreaful ones. Either way - this song - Judy - has always been there. The soothing melody, sincere lyrics; and most importantly, that innocent voice.

Without Judy, this song wouldn't be nearly as sentimental. I've refused to listen to anyone but her sing it for years. Nobody could ever believe the song as she did, and therefor there's no reason to stray from it, much as Dorothy found herself towards the end of Oz.

"There's a land that I've heard of, once in a lullabye" - here hoping we all find this place, where-ever it may be, beyond the Rainbow.

Over the Rainbow, ranting!

October 3, 2010

Well, it's my first blog entry! I'd like to start off by thanking a few peoples who inspired me to create this Judy blog. First off, Meg Myers - a great friend, whom without, I'd be lost. Another, Daniel "Buzz" Stevens, whom created The Judy Garland Experience; and lastly, and most imortantly, Judy.
